Cantine Europa achieved BRCGS and IFS certifications

Cantine Europa is glad to announce that has obtained two certifications required in the large-scale retail distribution: BRCGS and IFS Food.

• The GLOBAL STANDARD FOOD SAFETY BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance) is a global standard, representing quality and safety of agri-food products.
  The certificate is an attentive assessment of the company’s spaces, operating systems, and procedures. Today is considered a necessary requirement for operating in the British large – scale retail distribution.
  
  
• IFS Food is a global standard of Franco-German origin. It is shared between the agri-food supply chains of these two countries, whereby suppliers are required to comply with hygiene standards and good practices in production processes.
  
  

By achieving these two global standards, Cantine Europa adopts business process management based on quality, safety and authenticity in accordance with legal requirements and the consumer demands.
